  1. My daughter-in-law doesn’t eat pork. If I substituted chicken for pork in the pulled pork, what type of chicken and what quantity would you buy?

    • Dear Jann

Thank you for your great question. You can substitute the pork with 2 to 2 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs. We recommend reducing the cooking time to 6 – 7 hours on LOW or 3 hours on high for chicken so that it remains tender and juicy for shredding. Let us know how your daughter-in-law likes it.
