Overnight Oatmeal
Prep Time: 10m, Cook Time: LOW: 8-10 hrs or HIGH: 4 hrs, Servings: 8
  1. 2 cups steel cut oats
  2. 1 Sweet & Spicy Slow Cooker Spice Blend
  3. ½ packed cup light brown sugar or maple syrup
  4. 4 cups milk (or almond milk/coconut milk)
  5. 4 cups water
  6. ½ tsp salt
  1. mix the oats, Sweet & Spicy Slow Cooker Spice Blend, milk, water and salt in your slow cooker insert
  2. cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours/overnight
  3. serve the oatmeal with a variety of toppings; dried fruit, nuts, shredded coconut, fruit preserves, ginger marmalade
